I read your email to Rick.
I adjusted the design of the town homes. What I show below is a rendering that we were working on for a town home model, but the top floor adds a bit of expense and places this closer to $350k Per unit, not $200k per unit. I revised the design to get to what I think a $200k per unit would look like in that market. Still very sleek and modern, but minimal and affordable is the idea.
